Our Community Department provides business loans for local businesses within the community. This means no more overleveraging your personal funds as a business owner in order to get your business started, no more not being able to remodel your store/restaurant, no more not being able to afford the resources that will make your business grow to its full potential. We will directly connect local businesses new or old with financing for their businesses through our financing partners.

Community Centers and Business Districts are at the core of any neighborhood. They are your neighborhoods foundation; it is these things that will determine the livability of your neighborhood. Often times in our communities these community centers/business districts need desperately renovated, they have not been revitalized since they first opened. Through our Community Department we will not only create a plan for the revitalization of your community centers/business districts

but we will also provide the development/contracting resources necessary through our company Yanders&Partners: offering work contracts to members of the community, creating employment and income for members of your neighborhood. Along with the development we will secure funding for the revitalization projects for your neighborhood.

The most unfortunate thing for our younger generation is the lack of resources and knowledge they receive about homeownership. They are not being given the actual steps of purchasing a home, they don’t even know what the process entails. Most think it is something not even obtainable for them anytime soon, but they are far deceived in that perception. With our Community Department we provide neighborhoods with Renter to Homeowner Programs.

Through our Community Department primary focus of creating more quality modernized housing for members of your community. We will do this by focusing our housing redevelopment efforts on pre-existing (Already built) housing. We will zone in on the vacant and condemned houses in your community, meaning no more rundown properties that detract from your neighborhood’s visual appearance. Let’s be honest nobody wants to live next to/near vacant rundown properties which often times are not secure and 

have trespassers. When we start our redevelopment efforts through the community department we will focus on all of the described homes above in your neighborhood, converting them into renovated quality modernized housing for members of the community 

We will never grow as a community or individuals if we don’t understand or recognize the opportunities at our disposal. Through our Community Department we provide financial literacy classes for members of the community. Which analyze different areas to invest in, how to invest in those areas, and how to calculate financial investments. This program also provides credit repair programs to members of the community. We understand that 

its so easy to damage your credit score but so hard to repair it. We provide members of the community with tools/practices to repairing and raising your credit score  

We offer a wide array of investment opportunities for not only members of the communities we assist but individuals across the U.S.  All members of your community will have the opportunity to invest in real estate through our company. These investments opportunities will be mostly community-based meaning in some cases you as a member of your neighborhood will have the direct ability to invest financially in your community while receiving a ROI (Return On Investment) from your investment.
